Why I built this

A career that never went
in a straight line — by design.

I started as a young graphic designer — then the path never went straight. Over 12+ years I moved through community management, operations, product, and business development across social media, fintech, biotech, gaming, and edutech.

The pivot into training and L&D came from two tensions at once — a mother thinking about the future her children inherit, and a professional watching young Indonesians need direction in an ever-noisier digital world. Technology outpaces every curriculum — a major challenge.

That's the gap I decided to fill. Today I design and facilitate AI-powered people development through Japi AI (PT Japi Edutech Indonesia) — blending AI learning systems with coaching, productivity science, and mental wellness — helping Indonesian professionals, HR/L&D teams, and educators face the AI era with confidence, not fear.
