Why I built this
A career that never went
in a straight line — by design.
I started with a mouse in hand and a head full of ideas — as a young graphic designer learning to see the world visually. From there, the path didn't go straight. And it was never meant to. Over the next 12+ years, I moved through community management, operations, product development, and business development — touching social media, fintech, biotech, gaming, and edutech. Each move wasn't an escape. It was a deliberate choice by someone who couldn't stop being curious.
The pivot into training and L&D came from two tensions arriving at the same time — as a mother thinking about the future her children will inherit, and as a professional watching how many young Indonesians needed direction inside a digital world that kept getting noisier. Technology was moving faster than any curriculum could keep up with. And in all that noise, enormous potential was going unfound.
That's the gap I decided to fill. Today I design and facilitate AI-powered people development programs through Japi AI (PT Japi Edutech Indonesia) — blending cutting-edge AI learning systems with the human depth of coaching, productivity science, and mental wellness. I specialize in helping Indonesian professionals, HR/L&D teams, and educators navigate the AI era with confidence — not fear.
